What is the processing and delivery time?
All orders are processed within 3-5 days after they are received and shipped via complimentary two day shipping. Orders received after 3pm PST will not begin processing until the following business day. We are open Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm PST for order processing. For any special orders or special sizes, please allow a minimum of 4 weeks processing time. Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes and all shipments require a signature upon delivery.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes, we can ship merchandise overnight for an additional fee. As a convenience for our customers, we offer complimentary 2nd day shipping on all orders. Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes
What countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or refund within 30 days of order date, accompanied by a sales receipt. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All returns must include the original packaging and tags and must be in the same condition as when it was received. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.

How do I care for and clean my Marco Bicego jewelry?
To clean your Marco Bicego jewelry, dilute dish detergent or soap in a small bowl of warm water and soak each piece for 3 to 5 minutes. Gently clean your item by using a clean cotton cloth or toothbrush. To ensure you removed all the soap, rinse your jewelry under warm running water, and pat dry with a soft cloth. Be sure to set out your Marco Bicego jewelry to dry before wearing it again.
What do I do if I need to send in my Marco Bicego jewelry for a repair?
We are sorry to hear a piece has broken or needs to be repaired, we understand it happens. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping instructions. All repairs are sent to Italy to be repaired at our headquarters by our skilled artisans. As a result, they can take 12 to 14 weeks to be processed. All repairs are handled on a case by case basis. Charges are assessed once the item for repair has been received and evaluated by the Marco Bicego Repair Representative. We appreciate your patience as we return your piece to an as new condition.

Can your rings be sized?
While we recommend ordering rings in the exact size required, your local jeweler should be able to size many of our rings. Any styles in our Masai, Goa, Marrakech, Cairo and Diamond Jaipur Link collections cannot be re-sized. We cannot guarantee our warranty on those collections if your ring is sized by another retailer. Why does White Gold Diamond Lunaria cost more than Yellow Gold?
As the White Gold alloy is harder than yellow, more time is required to create the iconic Marco Bicego hand engraved finish.
