What is your return policy?
Enjoy extended complimentary returns and exchanges through January 31 on orders placed between November 1 and December 24.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All returns must include the sales receipt, original packaging, and tags and must be in the same condition as when it was received.
All gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. All gift cards must be redeemed at us.marcobicego.com until the total amount has been spent. Each purchase will be deducted from the balance. Marco Bicego is not responsible for any gift card used without your permission or for any lost, stolen or misplaced cards. Gift cards do not expire.
How do I make a return/exchange?

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return and for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Can I return to one of your authorized dealers?
No, all items purchased on marcobicego.com must be returned to us directly.
