• You have the right to request that your personal information not be sold to or shared with third parties (as the terms “sale” and “sharing” are defined in the CCPA);

• You have the right to request that we limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information, except for such information that is collected or processed without the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

Subject to certain limitations under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents may ask us to provide them with (a) a list of certain categories of personal information about them that we have disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, and (b) the identity of those third parties. We have not disclosed your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the past 12 months.
