• Our business purpose for collecting (or selling or sharing) personal information;
• The categories of sensitive personal information to be collected and the purposes for which the categories of sensitive personal information are collected or used and whether such information is sold or shared, except for such information that is collected or processed without the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

(with exceptions noted by law – more on this below).

• You have the right to request that we limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information, except for such information that is collected or processed without the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

Limit the Processing of Personal Information

If you are a resident of California, you have the right to request that we limit our processing of your sensitive personal information.
We process sensitive personal information only to the extent required to make our Website available to you, and manage our relationship with you, if you have created an account on our Website, and identification information of our employees which is necessary for us to perform human resources functions. Therefore, at this time, we cannot limit the processing of your personal information further. If you wish to delete your account on our Website, you may make that request by following the link below to request personal information deletion.

Subject to certain limitations under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents may ask us to provide them with (a) a list of certain categories of personal information that we have disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, and (b) the identity of those third parties. We have not disclosed your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the past 12 months.
