California Consumer Requests
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights regarding how your personal information is collected and used.
• You have the right to request that we disclose to you the following information covering the past twelve (12) months:

- The categories of sources from which personal information is collected;
- The categories of personal information about you we have sold (as this term is defined in the CCPA), shared for cross context behavioral advertising, or disclosed for a business purpose;
- The categories of third parties to whom we sold your personal information (as this term is defined in the CCPA);
- The categories of third parties with whom we have shared your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
- The categories of third parties to whom we have disclosed personal information for a business purpose;
- Our business purpose for collecting (or selling or sharing) personal information;
- The categories of sensitive personal information to be collected and the purposes for which the categories of sensitive personal information are collected or used and whether such information is sold or shared, except for such information that is collected or processed without the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
• You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
• You have the right to request deletion of your personal information
(with exceptions noted by law – more on this below).
• You have the right to request that your personal information not be sold to or shared with third parties.
• You have the right not to be discriminated or retaliated against because you exercised these rights.
• You have the right to request that we limit our use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information, except for such information that is collected or processed without the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
Limit the Processing of Personal Information
If you are a resident of California, you have the right to request that we limit our processing of your sensitive personal information.
We process sensitive personal information only to the extent required to make our Website available to you, and manage our relationship with you, if you have created an account on our Website, and identification information of our employees which is necessary for us to perform human resources functions. Therefore, at this time, we cannot limit the processing of your personal information further. If you wish to delete your account on our Website, you may make that request by following the link below to request personal information deletion.

Subject to certain limitations under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents may ask us to provide them with (a) a list of certain categories of personal information that we have disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, and (b) the identity of those third parties. We have not disclosed your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the past 12 months.

Data Deletion Requests
• As permitted by the CCPA, in the event you request deletion of personal information that we have collected about you, we, our service providers, and our contractors may be unable to comply with such a request if your personal information is necessary to:
- Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected,
provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within
the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform
a contract between us and you; - Prevent, detect, and investigate security incidents, protect against malicious deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity;
- Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
- Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law;
- Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act pursuant to Chapter 3.6 (commencing with section 1546) of Title 12 of Part 2 of the Penal Code;
- Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of that information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement to such research, if you have provided informed consent;
- Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;
- Comply with a legal obligation; or
- Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.
